Are you a manufacturer?
No. Manis Steel is an importer and trader. We source seamless pipe from mills in China. The mill test certificate names the producing mill and the country of origin.
Which standards and grades do you supply?
API 5L Grade B to X70 (PSL1 and PSL2); ASTM A106 Grades A, B and C; ASTM A53 Type S Grades A and B; ASTM A333 Grade 6; EN 10216-1 and DIN 1629; GB/T 3087; GB/T 9948; ASTM A179; and ASTM A192. Other standards, such as GOST 8731/8732 and GB/T 8163, on request.
Which sizes are in stock?
We supply to order and do not publish a stock list yet. Send the sizes you need, and the offer will confirm availability and lead time.
Which certificates come with the pipe?
A mill test certificate to EN 10204 3.1 from the producing mill. Third-party inspection by an agency you nominate, or EN 10204 3.2 certificates, can be arranged on request. Ask in your enquiry so it is included in the offer.
Can you supply PSL2 pipe for sour service?
Tell us if you need API 5L PSL2 with Annex H and HIC/SSC test reports. We will check with qualified mills and confirm in the offer whether we can supply it, and the lead time.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum quantities depend on the size and on whether the pipe comes from stock or from a mill order. Send your list; the offer states any minimum. Mixed sizes in one truck are common.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the pipe is in stock or ordered from the mill, and on the route. The offer states the lead time for your list.
Which delivery terms do you quote?
Incoterms® 2020 with a named place, for example EXW Tehran, FCA at a border crossing, or CPT or DAP at your city. Sea terms from Iranian ports are not offered while the Strait of Hormuz is closed.
How do you deliver to Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Armenia?
By road through the border crossings listed on our export page, and by rail to Herat (via Khaf–Rozanak) and towards Turkmenistan (via Sarakhs). Route status changes from week to week; the offer names the crossing.
Which HS code applies?
Usually 7304.19 for line pipe (API 5L), 7304.39 for hot-finished and 7304.31 for cold-drawn non-alloy pipe and tube, and 7304.51/59 for alloy grades. Your customs broker confirms the national tariff line.
What are the payment terms?
They are agreed for each order and written in the offer and the order confirmation.
Can you cut, bevel, cap and mark pipes to our specification?
Bevelled ends (API 5L or ASME B16.25), cutting to length, end caps and marking to your specification can be requested. Ask about coatings. The offer confirms what applies.
Which language can I write in?
Our team replies in English and Persian (Dari). If Arabic, Turkish or Chinese is easier for you, write in it and we will reply in English.
How are you related to AhanToday?
AhanToday (Yara Steel Poolad Khavarmianeh Co.) is our affiliate for domestic distribution in Iran. Manis Steel is a separate company that handles imports and export sales.
