Delivery terms (Incoterms® 2020)
Every offer states an Incoterms® 2020 rule and a named place, for example FCA Bashmaq border or DAP Erbil.
- EXW Tehran: you collect from Tehran and arrange transport and export clearance.
- FCA at a named border crossing: we deliver to the crossing, cleared for export, and your carrier takes over.
- CPT / DAP to your city: we arrange carriage to the named place; with DAP we bear the risk until arrival.
FOB, CFR and CIF are sea-only rules. For trucks and rail wagons, FCA, CPT and DAP describe the handover correctly.
Documents
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Mill test certificate to EN 10204 3.1, naming the producing mill and country of origin
- Certificate of origin

Packing and marking
Pipe travels in hexagonal bundles with steel straps, plastic end caps and one tag per bundle (standard, size, heat number, pieces, weight). Small sizes can be wrapped in woven polypropylene. Ask if you need marking to your own specification.
Inspection
Third-party inspection by the agency you nominate (for example SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV or Intertek), or EN 10204 3.2 certificates, can be arranged on request. Ask in your enquiry so it is included in the offer and the schedule.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed for each order in the offer and the order confirmation.
